Why you're getting this: You've interacted with Haven or AdTribe before, and this is my weekly-ish update on my journey to building an AI-native agency. Zero pressure to stick around, just click unsubscribe if you don't want to get it.

Alright, let’s get into it.

We love Claude Tag

About six weeks ago we added Claude as a member to every client channel. This is a feature called Claude Tag, part of the Claude for Teams plan. Not a bot you ping when you need something. An actual channel member that joins, reads the history, and stays.

We connected it to GoMarble, which gives Claude live read/write access to Meta and Google Ads. Client context and account IDs live in private GitHub repos Claude is also connected to. So when you tag it, it already knows the account.

Real examples from this week:

One media buyer typed "@Claude last 7 days meta ad spend." Thirty seconds later: €3,960.39. That was the whole interaction.

Another tagged Claude and asked for the weekly report. Claude pulled the template from GitHub, grabbed the data from GoMarble, and posted: 66 leads at $39.29 CPL. No dashboard opened.

When Claude joins a new channel it reads the history and comes back with suggestions. This week it joined a new client channel and offered to track an open landing page task, post weekly spend recaps, and keep a running checklist of access requests. It didn't ask what to do. It read the room.

We also asked it to analyze every meme in #internal_chat going back to 2021. It read 491 images and 280 text jokes, then reported back that I was the "undisputed meme-lord" at 346 total. 47% of all memes in four years. Proud of that honestly haha.

One of our agency partners saw Claude in their channel and said: "I want to bring my Claude here as well."

Media buyers used to spend half their day logging into dashboards, pulling numbers, and pasting them into Slack. Now they tag Claude and it's done in thirty seconds. The numbers come to the conversation instead of the other way around.

I've been saying for two years that media buyers would stop logging into accounts. Didn't think it would happen this fast.

I handed my CRM to an AI agent

I hadn't touched HubSpot in years. I'd been using Folk because it integrates better with LinkedIn. But once we started running ads for ourselves, I needed cleaner data in HubSpot so I could send better signals to Meta on qualified leads.

The problem: thousands of contacts, deals everywhere, and I genuinely hate the HubSpot UI. I could've handed it to my VA, but it probably would've taken weeks to clean up.

Customer data was scattered across 8 different tools. Deals in the wrong pipeline. Duplicate companies everywhere. Revenue reports that silently undercounted because they only pulled from Stripe, not Wise (where the biggest agencies pay by wire).

Instead of hiring a RevOps consultant or spending a quarter cleaning it up myself, I worked with Claude Code across a few evening sessions over about 10 days.

What it did:

  • Reconciled $1.28M in white-label agency revenue across 68 accounts

  • Recovered $372K of revenue that was never in the CRM at all

  • Unified 8 systems into one source of truth

  • Organized 233 deals into a clean 6-stage pipeline

  • Found and fixed 2,222 misattributed CRM notes

  • Surfaced 14 qualified sales calls that happened but never became deals

The wildest part was the revenue blind spot. Every report I had was built on Stripe. But the biggest clients pay by wire. They were invisible. One account went from $40K tracked to $292K actual. Another from $19K to $143K. Another from $0 to $106K. The money wasn't lost. It was just never counted.

Then there was the ghost pipeline. The "Booked Call" stage showed 20 upcoming calls. All 20 were months-old ghosts the CRM never cleaned up. The 3 real calls on my calendar weren't in the CRM at all.

And the qualified graveyard: 14 people who had a full discovery call and then vanished. Never entered as deals. Never followed up. Real pipeline, sitting in Fireflies the whole time.

The principle throughout: no AI writing directly to production data. Claude designs, audits, and reconciles. Actual data writes run through deterministic scripts. I approve every irreversible step. That's what made it safe to touch a live revenue system.

What a RevOps team does in a quarter, a founder and an AI agent did in evenings over a week.

Talk soon,

Dmitry
